The correct way to write this sentence is: I wear white diamonds. If your subject is I, the verb will never have an "s" on the end in present tense. Other examples: I talk (not talks), I eat (not eats).
The verb will have an S on the end if the subject is He/She/It/3rd person singular. Examples: He wears white diamonds, she wears, the woman wears, it wears, the dog wears white diamonds.
