We do not put nouns next to each other in English if there is an adjective form of the noun that is being used as a modifier.
Some nouns don't have adjective forms. For example, the word plant can be used as a noun, verb, or adjective.
I like your plant.
Please plant the flowers.
He went to the plant store.
However, many nouns do have adjective forms. It is not grammatically correct to say "Democrat Party" because there is an adjective form "Democratic" available.
So, to be grammatically correct, always check to see if the noun you want to use as a modifier has an adjective form. If so, use it.
