Finding the Parallel Line

Question

Find integer values for a and b that make ax + by = 14 parallel to 12 − 3y = 4x. Is there more than one answer? If so, how are the different values for a and b related?

From the first equation: y=(14/b)+(-a/b)x

and

from the 2nd equation: y=4+(-4/3)x

To make the lines parallel a/b=4/3...and any equivalent fraction will suffice!
