Matt took a test consisting of 20 problems. Each correct answer earns 5 points, but each incorrect answer loses 1 point. Matt answered all the questions, and has score was 76. How many questions did he answer correctly?

Let x = number of correct answers

Then, 20 - x = number of wrong answers

So, 5x - 1(20 - x) = 76

6x - 20 = 76

6x = 96

x = 16
