You can buy shampoo in a 5 ounce bottle for $2.59 or in a 14 ounce bottle for $9.99 which is the better deal and why?

You could do this a number of ways but let's just compare:

Shampoo 1: $2.59/5 oz = $.518/ oz

Shampoo 2: $9.99/14 oz = $.714 oz

So Shampoo is the better value!
