First of all thanks for your help. 1. Aeronautical information is provided by means of written, verbal (including by radio telecommunication) or electromagnetic form only. Is this statement correct?

You're welcome, Addy. Please forgive me for not responding quickly. Your revised statement is great. I would place a comma after ...telecommunication), since it completes the thought of the verbal portion of the phrase...It's up to you!
