1 ton = 2000 pounds, so first you'll need to convert the units of the food to match the units that the truck can hold. You can do that by multiplying to cancel out the units you don't need:

------------------- x 26,000 pounds = 13 tons
2,000 pounds
If the truck can hold 4 tons per trip, we can figure out how many trips Chris will need using a similar calculation.

------- x 13 tons = 3.25 trips, but since we cannot have a quarter of a trip, round up to 4 trips.
