You could say it a couple of ways: "quote Proposed Advisory Agreement unquote. Or you could say, "in quotes, Proposed Advisory Agreement." Or since it sounds like a legal document, the way lawyers say it is "Proposed Advisory Agreement defined." Of course, don't forget to pause before you say the part in parentheses as well as afterwards.
