First you have to understand that qualifications should not have a capita letter because it is in the middle of a sentence. A capital letter in the middle of a sentence is only appropriate for proper nouns. Additionally, you have mixed adjectives and infinitives to be equal. well-organized and concise are adjectives, while to excel your expectations is an infinitive. As such most of all simply does not fit into the sentence ad should be deleted.
What's wrong with "We hope you will find our Qualifications to be well-organized, concise, and most of all, to exceed your expectations."?

I need reasons and rules! I wrote this sentence as a closing to a cover letter....
