Short answer: The first one is incorrect
"Get a chance" is not typically used in the present. Common usages include:
"Did you get a chance to....." (past tense)
"When will you have a chance to .....(future)
One example where present makes sense: "I can do that now, while I have the chance."
A subtlety here is that "chance" implies unplanned opportunity.
