Grammatically, both are correct and acceptable in speaking, although both may make the writer seem somehow amateurish.
In fact, neither of them looks really ideal in professional writing, I was taught the word "that" signifies unspecific or ineffective word choice. Rather than saying I like that your lack of concern is my fault perhaps rewording the sentence to exclude that is more ideal. I like how your lack of concern is my fault. or How your lack of concern has become my fault astonishes me.
