If you are using a program as sophisticated as Premiere, I'm assuming you are familiar with marking "In" and "Out" points. If not, use the "Help" menu.
What you want to do is simple: with your intended video clip in the Timeline, simply mark an In point, go the end of the night footage you want to delete, select an "Out" point, then select the piece of night video in-between, and hit Delete.
