Study with an Ivy League University English Language Instructor!
Good question! Two ways come to mind:
1) Read read read! Reading is one of the best ways to improve your writing. If you aspire to be a paralegal, read books and articles related to law. You will notice patterns in grammar and language use that you can add to your English system. However, this by itself isn't always enough--which leads us to the second way...
2) Instruction/feedback from a professional. Working with a trained professional will give you valuable feedback on your writing and will help you improve your grammatical accuracy. Also, it can increase the range of grammar you use.
Hang in there & keep learning!
