This is really simple. The two angles (let's call them A and B) form a straight line, which is 180 degrees.
The equation now is very simple
A + B = 180 degrees
We also know that A is 2X and B is 3X
so with a simple substitution, we get
(2X) + (3X) = 180
5X = 180
X = 180/5 = 36 degrees
A = 2X = 72 degrees
B = 3X = 108 degrees
