Hi! This question is quite dated, but I hope it can still be helpful!
Without knowing much about this specific situation, I would say that your retirement would be pretty difficult! Neither of the languages that you listed are very commonly spoken in that region, which would present major communicative challenges.
Besides that, I would expect a fair amount of culture shock. Anytime that you relocate, even sometimes between cities, you will feel the strains of finding your place in a new culture. You will probably struggle with cultural norms, misunderstandings, navigation, and general confusion.
Despite all of these challenges, it's certainly possible and could be very rewarding!! India has a multitude of rich and diverse cultures. With the help of technology, and plenty of study, I'm sure you could make a nice life yourselves!
