Based on what we know, the sum of both angles is 90 degrees.
Lets call them angle A and angle B
A + B = 90
Angle A:
One of the measures is 3 less than 5 times the other.
A = 5B - 3
A + B
5B-3 + B = 90
6B - 3 = 90
6B = 90 + 3
6B = 93
B = 15.5
A = 5B -3 = 5(15.5) - 3 = 74.5
Angle A = 74.5
Angle B = 15.5
