21/13, 31/26, 11/1?

subtracts the 2nd numerator from the first numerator and then adds 1: 31 - 21 + 1 = 11

subtracts the 2nd denominator from the first denomintor and then adds 1: 26 - 13 + 1 = 14

so 11/14

I lack of other evidence, there is ONE possible explanation.

I'm sure there are others perhaps much better than mine.
