algebra and fractions

THe problem is unclear.

you have an orphaned fraction bar at the bottom.

It is hard to tell what expressions belong to which fraction and what

side of the equation they are on...

I attempted to reverse engineer the problem with the various quadratics

using combinations of (x+1), 2x and (1-x) and none of them seem to work
