LaTeX Equations in MS Word/OpenOffice?

How can I turn something like: \\[ H = \\sum_{x \\in X} p_x \\log p_x \\]into an image file that can be used to place into a MS Word or OpenOffice Document?

Perform a screen capture using various tools such as PrtScn or SnipIt.

1. Press "PrtScn" on your keyboard
2. Open Paint application
3. Press "Ctrl + v" to paste the image
4. Click "Select" on the toolbar and make a box over the part you need
5. Press"Ctrl + c" to copy the image
6. Go to MS Word or OpenOffice and press "Ctrl + v" to paste the image in the document.
