Hi Omoye-
You may have mistyped the question. Did you mean:
-3x+y=3 and y=-2x+3?
If so change each linear equation into slope-intercept form. Hint the 2nd linear equation is already in slope-intercept form.
Then you can solve in 1 of 3 different ways:
1) Substitution. Substitute -2x+3 for y in the 1st linear equation) and solve for x and then for y, or
2) Elimination. or
3) Graph each equation and find the point of intersection (x= number and x= number, number = number (coincide) or nonsense (-3 = 7) parallel.
