- Im not sure what is under the radical. But try the same steps as below.
2) y = x+3/x-2
*Turn all x to y and y to x.
x = y+3/y-2
Now solve for y
x(y-2) = y+3
xy-2x = y+3 *put all y's on one side of equation*
xy-y = 2x+3
y(x-1) = 2x+3
y = 2x+3/x-1
f(x) = 2x+3/x-1
