Find two consecutive integers such that twice the lesser integer increased by the great integer is 49

I hardly understand the question itself, I hardly even have the slightest idea how there is a possible answer. I think the question is asking two find two integers that are consecutive and then multiply the lowest integer by the one closest to it which will equal 49. I'm very confused please get me the answer soon. Thank You
