how can I copy guides from one artboard to another?

I'm using Illustrator to lay out a multi-page pdf, I've set up some guides on an artboard and I'd like other artboards to have the same guides. Can I copy them over?

Hello.

option 1: make sure your guides are on a separate layer, and lock all other layers. Make sure that under View-Guides in the top menu, the Unlock Guides option is on. Select all (command/control A) to select all guides, copy them (command/control C), then open a new document and paste the guides (command/control V, or command/control F to paste in front).

option 2: perform a "save as" of your original document with the guides and rename it a new name, so you have the same exact guides as the first document on the second one you create.
