use the zero product property to solve the equation (x+4)(2x+3)=0

Question

For this question it was used on multiple test but I dont even know what the zero property is and how to solve it im lost

zero property: if the product of two numbers equal 0 then at least one of the numbers is  0.  

      x+4= 0   .....x=-4   

        2x + 3 = 0  .....   2x= -3 ...   x= - 3/2 ...  x= - 1 and 1/2 or -1.5 

      results ....   x = -4,-1.5
