The verb "parlando", I believe, is part of a verbal construction using the verb "to be" plus the present participle to form the present continuous construction, "I am speaking", for example. The second use of this word is as an adjective or gerund construction, "speaking". For example, I am speaking Italian quite well now to Speaking Italian is difficult.
