Actually all of your four sentences have simple past tense verbs. The difference is that two of them are simple past active verbs and two of them are simple past passive verbs, as below.
Simple Past Active:
I analyzed driving habits of college students.
College students and I analyzed driving habits.
Simple Past Passive:
The analysis of driving habits was done by me.
The analysis of driving habits was conducted.
