A training field

A training field is formed by joining a rectangle and two semicircles, as shown below. The rectangle is 88m long and 60m wide. What is the length of a training track running around the field? (Use the value 3.14 for Pie, and do not round your answer. Be sure to include the correct unit in your answer.)

The two stretches along the length of the rectangle total 176m. The two semicircles make up a circle with diameter of 60m. The circumference of a circle is 2*pi*r or pi*d, so using the specified approximation, would be 60*3.14. Multiply that out and add the 176 for the entire length of track.
