How do I remove a blue cast in Adobe Lightroom?

Sounds like it's just a white balance issue. In the Develop module, make sure the Basic panel is showing and then slide the Temp slider to the right to remove the blue. I hardly ever adjust the tint slider located just below it, but you can play with it as well to see if it improves. You can also just try different white balance settings - Auto, As shot, daylight, cloudy, etc.
