Write the formula for the parabola that has x- intercepts (−3−sqrt(2) ,0) and (−3+sqrt(2) ,0), and y- intercept (0,−5)

correction to above based on question asked. y- intercept (0,−5) so correct answer is -5/7 and + 10/7 y = -5/7(x + 3)2 + 10/7
