To solve by graphing, you need to graph the two lines. The solution is the point where the two lines cross. To graph each line, all you need to do is plot two points on the line then draw the line through them. I'll plot two points for the first equation:
3x + 2y = 4
For the first point, choose x = 0
3*0 + 2y = 4
2y = 4
y = 2
So the point is x=0, y=2 or (0,2)
For the second point choose y = 0
3x + 2*0 = 4
3x = 4
x = 4/3
So the point is x=4/3, y=0 or (4/3,0)
Plot the two points on a graph then draw a line through them. Do the same thing for the other equation, -x + 3y = -5. The point where the two lines cross is the solution.

You can put any value for x or y, but setting each to zero makes the math easy.
