You can just say "See you"; that's sufficient. It can be inferred whether you mean the singular "you", e.g. because you are talking to one person only, or the plural "you", because you're waving at a room full of people. To make sure everyone gets that you're using the plural "you", you can say "See you guys". But "see you everyone" is uncommon.
