How do I determine focus points in Adobe Lightroom?

Not sure if this is possible or not in Adobe Lightroom. **I would like to see the focus points chosen by my Canon DSLR**. I am guessing this is stored somewhere in the EXIF, but I'm not certain. I find myself looking at pictures that are a few years old, and wondering what points I was hitting.

There's a plugin "Show Focus Points" for Lightroom that does this. A web search for "Lightroom Show Focus Points" should give you the result (I can't place a direct link in here).

I'm not using it myself and the last version is from January 2017 but it's worth trying.
