No it does not. Rigor mortis due to decomposition of the sarcoplasmic reticulum and the release of calcium. Mass does not have an effect on the initiating steps of decomposition. This is analogous to me asking, would a large leaf begin decomposing faster than a small leaf.... (they both begin the decomposition stage at the same time)
