Is there a way to wrap/offset while drawing to the other side of the image?

I'm wondering if there's a way to live wrap to the other side of the image while drawing, so if I draw over the left edge of the image it shows up on the right side, and if I draw over the bottom it shows up at the top, etc?And if not, does anyone have any Mac app suggestions that might do this?

Adobe illustrator can do this. You can specify exactly how you want it to wrap/offset/reflect. To do this you just need to select the layer > then in the appearance panel click the "fx" icon at the bottom > choose distort and transform option > select the transform option. You can choose and change any of the parameters, I hope this helps.
