What's the best way to animate an illustration for the web?

I have a couple of illustrations done in Illustrator and I am planing to animate it for a website that I am working on, I've heard of [Create.js](http://www.createjs.com/#!/CreateJS) toolkit with flash, but is it the best way to go or is there another "better" way of doing it?Here's an example of the kind of animations I am aiming for: http://kontramax.com/wp-content/uploads/envato/demo/coming_soon_machine/dark/

There are various programs you could use for this, first that comes to mind is After Effects CC 2019. depending on how complex and large your illustration is, you can copy and paste paths and shapes into an After Effects Comp and animate directly in After Effects, then either export varying formats of video or image sequences, or download and install a plugin to export for web from after effects.

Hi,

You can import your Illustrator illustrations directly into Adobe Animate (Flash) and do some basic animations fairly quickly once you learn the basics. Animate may seem initimidating but it is really quite simple. Reach out if you would like an introduction to the program through Wyzant!
