Okay, first, "with replacement" doesn't matter at all if you're only drawing one card.
Second, how many 7s are there in the 52-card deck, and how many jacks? Add those two numbers. Hint - there's one jack for each suit, and one 7 for each suit.
Put the sum of those two numbers over 52, and that's your probability.
