A person with AB- blood should not receive blood from which other blood type?

A person with AB negative can NEVER receive positive blood. However they can receive: AB-, A-, B-., and O-. HOWEVER no circumstances, should they receive a POSITIVE blood type of any kind. That is why a type and cross match is so vitally important.
