What do I need to do to get this C# code to work in Unity?
Help me!! i've just started a cert IV in Digital and Interactive Games and i'm really stumped on something. The video I've been given to watch is using an older version of Unity which included MonoDevelop. As I understand it MonoDevelop is no longer packaged with the windows version of Unity (correct me please if i'm wrong), so my default IDE is Visual Studio 2017. the only problem now is that the Vector2 doesn't work properly because Visual Studio doesn't recognise it as code. I've also noticed that it doesnt recognise the 'screen' phrase and the <camera> phrase (inside a getComponent function). do I need to change something in the 'using' code at the top of the scaffolding script? I'm sorry for not really being able to word my question well but like I said I've literally just started my course and barely know what I'm doing. I really need someone to help me out here and any help you can give me would be really appreciated!
TLDR; using visual studio instead of MonoDevelop and now code isn't being recognised.
