-3(n+n+6)=10*-(n+4)-30

-3(2n+6)=-10(n+4)-30

-6n-18=-10n-40-30

-6n-18=-10n-70

Add 18 to both sides

-6n=-10n-52

Add 10n to both sides

4n= -52

Divide both sides by 4

n = -13

The first integer is -13, so the integers are (-13,-11,-9,-7)
