A quarter hour = 15 minutes. We will call the number of minutes of each break "x".
It might help to draw a picture (hard to do here but I will try)
plant a bush plant a bush break plant a bush break plant a bush break plant a bush plant a bush
15 min 15 min x 15 min x 15 min x 15 min 15 min
Add them all up. 15 minutes times 6 = 90 minutes. The three breaks = 3x
Add breaks and bush planting minutes together and set equal to total time (2 hours = 120 minutes)
90 + 3x = 120
Solve with algebra
3x = 30
x = 10
Each break is 10 minutes long.
