urgent help for maths

The domain of f is the set A = {−2, −1, 0, 1, 2}. Write the function as a set of ordered pairs. (Use the notation, {( , ), ( , ), ...}, to give your answer.)

All you have to do is plug each of the other 4 values into the equation and solve it. The one for zero is especially easy. I also put a correction because I didn't follow PEMDAS...the +4 should be the last step in the computation.
