This would just be a set of 5 ordered pairs with each being the x and f(x) values of each member of the domain. For example, the first would be (-2, (-6/4) + 4) or (if simplified) (-2, 2 1/2).

All you have to do is plug each of the other 4 values into the equation and solve it. The one for zero is especially easy. I also put a correction because I didn't follow PEMDAS...the +4 should be the last step in the computation.02/17/19
