I am going to assume you mean this to be a multiplication (i.e. you are using the"." as a multiplication operator).

(x-5)/[(x+2)(x-5)] * (x+2)/[(x+3)(x-4)] = 1/[(x+3)(x-4)]

Please note: this assumes neither x+2 nor x-5 = 0.
