Tangent from an external point

Tangents PA & PB are drawn from a point P to the circle. Let X be a random point on the circle. XA',XB',XC' are perpendiculars drawn from X on to the sides AB, PB and PA. If XB' = 2,XC'= 18 , then XA' equal to???
