Standard form of a decimal number would be something like 1.2345 where 1 is in the ones place, 2 is in the tenths place, 3 is in the hundredths place, 4 is in the thousandths place, and so on. In expanded decimal form, 1.2345 would look like this 1 x 1 + 2 x 1/10 + 3 x 1/100 + 4 x 1/1000 + 5 x 1/10000.
In your problem, 6x1+1x1/10+5x1/100, it means you have 6 ones, 1 tenth, and 5 hundredths. Just look at the example I wrote and that should be enough for you to figure out how to write it in standard form!
