PreCalc Problem

A ball that is dropped from a window hits the ground in 4 seconds. How high is the window? (Give your answer in feet; note that the acceleration due to gravity is 32 ft/s.)

To solve the problem I have tried using the formula h(t) = 16t^2 + Vot + ho and have ultimately gotten 260. It says it's wrong and I have thought of nothing else of what to do to solve the problem.
