You are going to set up ratios -- two fractions equal to each other. The first fraction will be 1/12, standing for 1 cm = 12 ft. The second fraction will be 18.75/f, standing for 18.75 cm over f feet, since that's what you're looking for.
1/12 = 18.75/f
Now you will cross multiply. Multiply the top of the first fraction by the bottom of the second, and the bottom of the first by the top of the second.
1 x f= 1f (or just f)
12 x 18.75 = 225
f = 225. That gives you the length.
Do the same thing for width.
1/12 = 8.3/f
f= 8.3 x 12
Do the multiplication and you'll have your answer.
