Going forward, the salespeople at Georgetown Cars think they can sell 8 cars per day, whereas the salespeople at Greer's Autos are aiming for sales of 9 cars per day. If the salespeople's predictions are accurate, it won't be long before the two dealerships are tied. How many cars will each lot have sold? How long will that take?

y =9x + 10

now

8x +19 = 9x + 10

9 = x

y= 8(9)+19 = 72+19= 91
