p/32+65.85=352.25 what does p equal

on my math homework this equation showed up and i cant seem to find out what p equals. please help and describe why please. :)

(p/32) + 65.85 = 352.25

 

First subtract 65.85 from both sides:

 

(p/32)=286.40

 

Next multiply both sides by 32:

 

p = (286.4)(32) = 9164.8
