PLZZ HELPP!!!!!!!(MATH)

tim has 3 blue shirts and 2 red shirts in a drawer. He randomly picks one shirt, puts it back, and then picks another shirt. What is the probability that Tim picked up a blue shirt first and then a red shirt?
