Hi Johnny,
Point slope formula for a line is y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.
To find m = rise/run = ( y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) or (-1 - - 3)/( 2 - -4) = -4/6 = -2/3
To find b, now use one of the points they gave you and the slope to calculate b...
-1 = -2/3 (2) + b and put it all together:)
